As the founder of the premier social network for people who are passionate about cheerleading and dance, Neeley created the #1 site for cheer videos, routines and resources, Sidelinestar.com, in 2006.

She is active as a cheerleading coach, choreographer, regional and national judge, camp director, and spirit consultant to professional teams. Her passion for teaching camps developed at a young age, when she organized and taught her first summer cheer camp at the age of 16.

Now, Neeley is a 13 year spirit industry veteran and specialized in sports business & marketing. She worked in product marketing for Quepasa Corporation’s hispanic social network and currently cheers professionally on the NFL sidelines as an Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader, as Captain and member of the Show Team military entertainment group. Neeley recently cheered in the historical Super Bowl XLIII game in Tampa, FL.

Neeley is an 11 year veteran instructor for the United Spirit Association, the largest cheerleading camp company in the Western United States. Prior to her MBA studies at ASU, Neeley worked as a sales representative in Texas for Varsity Brands, Inc., the world’s largest retailer of cheerleading and dance uniforms. Neeley has been involved in all levels of cheerleading, working as a coach and choreographer for various teams since 1996. She created and directed the summer cheerleading program for the City of Roseville Parks & Recreation Department in California until 1997. She earned a national championship title at USA cheerleading nationals in 1997 and cheered while an undergraduate at Texas Christian University.

After earning her B.A. in Economics from TCU, Neeley coached the Horned Frogs Cheerleaders from 2001-2002. Neeley conducts national safety certifications for cheer coaches & has judged state and regional competitions in AZ, CA, NM, UT, NV, WA, and TX. While in the MBA program at ASU, Neeley gained knowledge of CRM applications, data analysis, marketing and branding strategies, interactive/e-commerce strategies, and has worked on several consulting projects for companies such as the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, WNBA’s Sacramento Monarchs, Ticketmaster, Fox Sports and the Chicago Bears. Her demonstrated leadership ability, experience in fan experience and sports marketing, and passion for cheerleading and dance enables Neeley to lead the Sideline Star team to success.
